- CHECKING OF LIGHTING, PLUMBING, AIR CONDITIONING AND ADVICE ON ARRANGING THE NECESSARY REPAIRS IF NEEDED.
- CHECKS FOR PESTS AND VERMIN AND RECOMMENDED REMEDIAL ACTION.
- OFFICAL KEYHOLDER FOR YOUR PROPERTY.
