Buying Process

  1. Pick apartment within the complexes we sell
  2. Pay the reservation fee of £250.
  3. Tell us at time of reservation if you want to use the services of a lawyer
  4. If you have decided to use the services of a lawyer, the lawyer will deal with your contracts
  5. Set a currency account up with Axia FX For transferring money to the developer & better exchange rates.
  6. We will forward to you contracts for signing, you will sign the contract and send them back to us
  7. Once the contract is signed you make payment to the developer.
  8. Always state apartment complex & apartment number on every money transfer to developer
  9. Once the developer confirms receiving first deposit we refund the reservation fee.
  10. Just keep looking at our website for updated photos.
  11. We will advise you when next deposits are due.
  12. We will give you a personal quote to furnish your apartment
  13. You will be contacted a few weeks before completion to make arrangements to pay final deposit, sign title deeds, & pick up keys.

    FIXED COST: £450.00

    1. Checking the status of the developer - checking the company file of the developer
    2. Checking the property - notary deeds, plans, etc. in order to assure that the property belongs to the developer and that it is not burdened with mortgages, third party claims or other legal restrictions
    3. Negotiating and / or amending the proposed purchase contract in order to ensure that all rights and interests of the buyers have been well preserved
    4. Consulting buyers during the whole process - providing legal advice with respect of property issues, specific characteristics of Bulgarian law, etc.
    5. Checking proposed notary deeds and / or representing buyers for the final purchase
    6. Assisting buyers with completing their obligation to declare the acquisition of the property before the tax authorities

    Furniture packs vary in price from £2,200 - £5,000 (depends on size of the property)
