    • 20 % /third installment/ when the complex reaches first floor
      
    • 20 % /fourth installment/ when the complex reaches roof level
      
    • 10 % /fifth installment/ when the window joinery is being installed
      
    • 10 % /sixth installment/ when the complex is completed
      
    • 10 % /seventh installment/ is paid on receiving of Act 16 (permission to use), at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer
